Leticia Cancio

Co-founder & Partner

Leticia has a proven background in Corporate Law, having spent several years advising companies at various law firms and later, alongside Maxim, working as in-house legal counsel at a large corporation for five years.

She brings extensive experience in providing legal advice and representation to companies of all sizes, tirelessly working to minimize legal risk while pursuing business goals.

Leticia speaks Spanish, English, and French.

Maxim Olivier

Co-founder & Partner

Maxim holds a master’s degree in IP/IT with a specialization in Data Protection, as well as a master’s in International Private Law. For seven years, he served as head of the legal department at a major international company, gaining extensive experience in GDPR compliance while acting as DPO.

He is committed to offering effective and compliant legal solutions aligned with the strategic goals of the company.

Maxim speaks English, German, French, and Spanish.
