Co-founder & Partner

Leticia has a proven track record in Corporate Law, having worked for several years advising companies in various law firms and later, alongside Maxim, as in-house legal counsel for a large company for five years.

Leticia brings extensive experience in providing legal advice and representation to companies of all sizes, working tirelessly to minimise legal risk while pursuing business objectives.

Leticia speaks Spanish, English, and French.

Maxim Olivier

Co-founder & Partner

Maxim holds a master’s degree in IP/IT with a specialization in Data Protection and another master’s degree in Private International Law. For seven years, he served as the head of the legal department for a large international company, gaining extensive experience in GDPR compliance while working as a DPO.

Maxim is committed to providing effective and compliant legal solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Maxim speaks English, German, French, and Spanish.
