Co-founder & Partner

Leticia has a proven track record in corporate law, having worked for several years advising companies in different law firms and later, together with Maxim as in-house legal counsel of a large company for five years. Leticia brings a wealth of experience in providing legal advice and representation for companies of all sizes, working tirelessly to minimize legal risk while pursuing business objectives. Leticia speaks Spanish, English and French.

Maxim Olivier

Co-founder & Partner

Maxim graduated with a master's degree in IP/IT with a specialization in Data Protection and another master's degree in International Private Law. For seven years he has been the legal director of a large international company and has gained extensive experience in GDPR compliance working as a DPO. Maxim is committed to delivering effective and compliant legal solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Maxim speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
